Lovely blind and lovely fabric at a competitive price. Easy to fit and looks great in our home. It was delivered as scheduled also. Would definitely recommend.

I ordered for my parents, they are very happy with them and the service. They had regular updates, and delivered when expected.

Blind is lovely.
However they should really make it clearer that paying for next day dispatch, does not mean your delivery will be any quicker. I did not pick up on the difference of next day dispatch vs next day delivery. So wasted £25 to get the to dispatch but not deliver

Rarely these days is ordering online without issues. I was so pleasantly surprised with how straightforward the ordering and delivery was. The blind looks great and is exactly as described. The quality is as expected and reflective of the sample sent. Highly recommend for your blinds!

Disappointed that when the lampshade arrived it was small than anticipated. They don’t exchange or refund so be warned . It’s a shame that they can’t be viewed in a store or outlet . I requested could I return for a large size and pay the difference.so they don’t take returns so please be caution when buying - they not cheap

Good communication. Good quality blind. Could have done with written instructions for fitting . Difficulty navigating website to find them on line

mounting brackets faulty and do not lock properly resulting in blinds falling off the wall, replacement parts had to be used

I had previously ordered a sample and loved it so went on to order. My blind arrived very quickly and packaged very well. I love my blind. So colourful and beautiful quality. I thought the price was very good too. Very happy customer

I ordered a motorised Roman blind in a gold velvet. Not the easiest of thing to make. But I am delighted with the result. Well made, lovely material and hangs beautifully. We charged up the battery and put it up ourselves with the easy to follow instructions online. It looks so good. I would go to this company again to have other blinds made.

Ordered 2 blinds for 2 windows, beginning of February. Took several weeks to arrive, which would have been fine but they sent the wrong blind for one (not no-drill). You then can't get hold of them via phone as they use an AI triage which tells you to email them. I've emailed them several times now. First of all they said they'd send a some sort of adapter to make it the no-drill kind, which I queried. They were planning on sending me the wrong colour chain. I emailed again. This was back in February, it's now the 23rd March, still no replacement blind....

The blind is gorgeous material, looks fantastic and was delivered promptly.
