My Experience
Ordering and payment were straightforward. I chose PayPal for extra security and to avoid potential issues.
The promised delivery time of 8–10 business days was not met. After 3 weeks I tried to call, only to discover that the phone number does not exist. I then sent an email but never received a reply. Meanwhile, I checked the “delivery status,” which only changed to “shipped” after 5 weeks. Four days later, I finally received two shutters.
Given the way they were packaged, I completely understand the many complaints about damage: the packaging is minimal, especially for international shipping from the factory in Poland.
The package was complete, but there were small damages clearly from production, not transport. The pre-drilled holes were in the wrong place and poorly done. The shutter springs broke immediately after installation. Luckily, these parts are easy to find locally in an improved version, so a handy DIYer can still make it work.
All in all, the whole process felt messy, poorly organized, and customer support is practically unreachable. The quality is minimal but acceptable. Considering that other suppliers charge about twice the price, it’s not entirely unreasonable.
However, I would not order here again. Warranty, communication, or any kind of contact with the company is basically impossible. Based on many other reviews, I’m simply glad I received the order at all and now have it working on the wall.
