Super fast and they sent me a random lanyard thing as a gift. Can't complain about that!

This is the second powerbank and card ive bought because the 1st were so good. Love the free notebook and lanyard.

I bought several products, incharge and edge, and the quality is very good.
The delivery process is also efficient.

I purchased the work at home pack which included a light to illuminate me on video calls. The light only works when it is plugged in. I does not go one when not. It also rattles when shaken slightly leading me to believe that something may have come loose inside.

Bought the Airnotch pro and the Aircard pro when they were offered on Kickstarter. Unfortunately the Airnotch pro is not working anymore. Replaced the batteries used the userguide to get it going again etc, nothing..broke down after a year :( . Contacted the company and explained the situation. They are going to provide me with a replacement..great service

I'm still waiting for my purchase so hard to give a review about it except for the exceptionally long time it takes and that there was no time frame identified when I ordered

I received the items within 2weeks. I would say it's worth the purchase. Heavy duty and all in one charger and cable perfect for travel. I would definitely recommend this product.

Purchased 2 items on 14 Dec. Appreciate its festive season but the item has been sitting at destination airport for 6 days with no movements. Other cheaper items I bought from other platforms were delivered within 2 weeks, from the same country of delivery. They did refund my shipping fees, but what's the use when I'm going to miss receiving the items for my holiday travels on 1st Jan 2026? Pls don't accept international orders if you can't meet the delivery

Great customer service and EXCELLENT products from what I've seen. I have their magnetic wireless charger (very secure so use in my car), their key finders and a couple wallet trackers. Everything is excellent quality and built precisely with attention on details. (i.e. key trackers glow in the dark and make noise, wallet ones wirelessly charge) I will be buying more later.

The support team goes above and beyond and act/respond really fast and are super polite.
They actually had sold out the product I initially bought and weren't going to restock it and offered a free upgrade or a refund.
Got everything and an extra goodie, couldn't be more thrilled

I ordered the plugs but I didn't realise I needed to order a USB-c cable so I could use them - I now have ordered the cables and will tell you more once it arrives :-)

Absolutely brilliant. Arrived really promptly and is light and compact, perfect to put in your bag with a small charger on a night out. Don’t get caught out again! I’ve bought one for my daughter’s Christmas stocking.

We’re currently trying the product and it’s quite lightweight. However, when I charge my laptop, the heat rises a bit, which is a bit concerning. Overall, it’s still usable for phones and iPads.

Regarding the store’s service, it’s excellent. They respond quickly to my questions, and I really appreciate their service. Thank you!

I’d like to suggest that they could expedite the delivery for overseas orders.

Great experience, from start to finish!
The Swiss team at Rolling Square really know what they are doing. The products craftsmanship is excellent. Everything from product to shipping went smooth. They aslo have stock in the US, which is a plus so I didn't need to wait for ages like with other European brands. I got a few of their latest trackers, AirCard & AirNotch Pro Dual, they make a great gift.

Always quality made products, they are my go to for fast multi plug charging cables, innovative and glad they redesigned the tips to fit in ports with covers around them. Products arrived fast and have no hesitation recommending this product, I supported their campaign in the beginning on kickstarter and will continue to support this company

I’ve been using the in-charge connector for years, starting out with their first kick starter and then after they upgraded to having the 6-in-1 I bought another one from Target (super proud of them to be in a major store!) and then subsequently lost it 😭 I bought another one through Kickstarter and then now having three more (1ft and 2 6-in-1s) I keep one on my keys and the other will be a White Elephant gift! Super handy and convenient!
