I attended the Rolling Loud Festival…

I attended the Rolling Loud Festival and was required to load money onto an electronic chip on my wristband to purchase food and drinks, as no other payment methods were accepted. We were assured that any remaining balance would be refunded online after filling out a form. Despite following these instructions, I never received any response or refund. I still had about €40-50 left on my wristband. This experience is not professional and poor from Rolling Loud to scam their visitors.

So be careful and don’t load too much money onto the chip ( wristband) plan carefully how much you’ll need for drinks, food, and merch.

Rolling Loud sounds more like a scam!?

My son went to Rolling Loud Portugal with VIP tickets for the second time and the experience was very poor...
This year there were fewer people, the food was hideous and he used the cashless system, owned by Howler in South Africa.
When the festival ended, after a week he tried to get the leftover cash he still had on the account he topped up and was told that the time to do it had just expired.
I love music but I believe more and more these festivals are not about music anymore, it is mainly about profit and they could not care less about the people who attend them.
I am shocked by the way they run these kind of things and all the fine print on their website that looks more like a script for one of Black Mirror's episode.
My son and his friends are not going back...shame!
