Had a terrible experience with the customer service at this glasses business. When I finally got through, the representative was unhelpful and dismissive of my concerns. They seemed uninterested in resolving my issue and were quite rude. Overall, it was a very frustrating experience, and I would not recommend this company to anyone.
Zero Stars is not possible. No feedback when I tried to contact them. Items were never shipped. Address doesn't even exist. Seems a complete fraud.
i bought from them roka sim pro ii and payed by paypal (the reason i buy from that website is because they had paypal) the price was 92$ and 10$ shipping to israel and the product didn׳t came at all i reach pay pal and they refund me the money i emailed roka and they said to me that they are not selling through this website and also i tried to emailed this website and no respond now i see that paypal also don׳t give them service so stay away from this website if you unless you want to throw money to garbage
