Terrible
After ordering a filing cabinet I received an email a week later indicating it should be ready for delivery in 7-10 business days. After that time frame had passed I rang and was told, ‘oooops, did no one call you? That item is out of stock and won’t be in again for at least another 2.5 weeks’ I’m now waiting for my refund.

Ordered chair to be delivered within 2 weeks, 5 weeks later still waiting.
Asked to talk to manager about it....telephonist just hung up. Treatment all along has been shocking.

Good service
Good service, but not much correspondence for delivery and delivery time is a little lengthy. Really enjoying my chair, very comfy but recently starting to hear some squeaking noises.

My experience with purchasing my office …
My experience with purchasing my office chair from Rockdale Office Furniture was excellent. I found the staff to be very good & helpful with my selection & I was also very impressed with the free car wash at the premises next door where I was able to park my car whilst making my purchase (on presentation of my docket) & where I was also able to sit & enjoy a coffee before driving home.
