Dishonest business practise
Ordered a pair of glove online and went to the shop for collection. And shocked to see the horrible condition of the items they passed to me!
They were disintegrating with flake dropping out and even torn on one of the glove!
These items were beyond usable condition!
Shop told me to contact online team and the online team simply brush it aside saying these are discounted item, and customer MUST accept what is even to them, no refund or return is allowed.
In one of their reply to me, they said "customers are allowed to check the product condition directly at the store before collection." but they still doesn't allow customer to reject the defective goods and refund my money! So what is the purpose of checking of the condition?
If the company want to sell the products at as-is condition, they should post the actual product photos, not brand new product photos and giving out junks during handover. Is that not scamming customers?
