Problems with the delivery but…
Problems with the delivery but otherwise very happy with my purchase. Received a card saying that they would try and re-deliver the following day. No item received yet online it stated that the item had been delivered. Took ages to discover that a neighbour had my delivery

Terrible customer service for an otherwise nice product
Satisfied with the ring, completely dissatisfied with the service. Having ordered my engagement ring and received a receipt, it was noted that I would receive shipping information in a separate email. I never received ANY shipping information and 14 days later without so much as a peep from Rocks and Co, the ring was nearly delivered in to the hands of my fiance while I was at work. Luckily for me I arrived home that evening to a missed parcel note, I emailed customer service about this complete mishandling of my order (and demanded the shipping information which without I would never be able to have my ring redelivered as and the fact that I still didn't have it 15 days later from my order is beyond laughable)
And Rocks and Co's customer services response was to call DHL. They STILL didn't provide any shipping information and to this day I still have never received any shipping information for MY ring. They responded the same thing twice to "contact DHL customer service at this number"
The funny thing about calling DHL customer service is. YOU NEED SHIPPING INFORMATION. Luckily they were actually able to track down my package themselves and recover it that way but it is abhorrent that not only do Rocks and Co clearly not accept ANY accountability for completely screwing up my order, failing to send me shipping information for my property, and almost sabotaging my proposal. But they clearly don't even somewhat care that they have mishandled my order this badly.
It is completely outrageous that Rocks and Co's lack of organisation legitimately almost lead to completely ruining my proposal, and it is a shame that they are able to provide such a nice product but have such terrible customer service that completely weighs it down.
The ring is nice. But if you're ever ordering from here you're playing dice with ever receiving your order.

You first requested shipping information via email 3rd October 9:18pm, we replied to you with the shipping information on 3rd October at 10:10pm, just a hour after you asked for it. We had a 3 day period where we implemented a new system for automatic shipping emails; your order fell between that period however we did reply within the hour when requested. We completely understand your frustration, however the problem here has not been with us it has been with DHL. We are disappointed to hear about how unorganised DHL has been, we normally receive very few complaints regarding them.
However we have contacted them regarding this issue and have told them we cannot have these issues in the future, they delayed your shipment which was unacceptable. Please accept our apologies, we are happy to hear that you did like the piece when you finally received it.
