Rock Bottom has always been my favorite place to shop everything golf. They always have great deals and in today’s market that’s extremely important.

Fast shipping perfect bag! It's my 4th C130 cart bag I've owned. I will never switch.

Bought a new set of irons, a new putter and a new golf bag and the putter and bag arrived very quickly! The iron set came directly from Mizuno and took longer than expected to arrive and was not correct. Ordered them with custom shafts that were suppose to be longer than stock but were just the stock length. I dont fault Rock Bottom Golf for this since it wasn't them who built them.

order pair of golf shoes same size as current pair. when received them they were to small. I know this is partly my fault, and entirely my fault for not reading the return policy, I will be out close to $30 to return a $50 pair of shoes, as someone else said they don't refund tax, site credits and charge shipping both ways, I took the return for granted as no big deal. this will be my last order from them as I can get the same shoe and price on Amazon with free returns.

Watch out when ordering from this vender. If you think you may need to return after receiving due to whatever reason they are terrible to give you a full refund . They only give you the base purchase price back. They keep shipping, discounts given, any insurance you paid for etc. you will end up at a loss paying for nothing you will own. Their site also lacks details for used clubs and is very little to make an informed purchase to specifications.

It was easy to compare the item I was looking to purchase against other brands and models on your site. Once I decided which one I wanted to purchase, the checkout process was easy and the item arrived in perfect condition on time.

This place won't even let you leave a bad review on Google when they screw you over. I never received my order and they said they couldn't give a refund and to take it up with UPS. This is after 10 years of purchasing over 10k worth of good from them. They screwed up them blamed me and sent me multiple degrading and rude emails. Don't waste your time with this horrible company. They will not take accountability for anything and thier products have really went downhill. Either come scratched or dented or some other defect. That is why they can sell them cheaper now

good prices for prizes at a charity golf outing

when i made this order the website said i would get delivery before christmas . it was shipped in a timely manner . the problem is that you can't put anything to be shipped by the post office and tell your customer that they will recieve it by a certain time .
