I am extremely disappointed with the experience my parents had in this store. My dad lives with a severe spinal injury which affects the way he walks, and he also struggles with significant anxiety. While visiting the shop, my mum overheard staff laughing and making a rude remark clearly directed at him. This behaviour was not only disrespectful, but deeply hurtful.

When confronted, the staff attempted to excuse their behaviour with an unconvincing explanation, claiming they were reacting to football — something that simply did not match the situation.

This experience has had a real emotional impact on my dad and has knocked his confidence when out in public. No customer — especially someone already dealing with disability and anxiety — should ever be made to feel mocked or unwelcome.
I then had a brief call with the manager who attempted to deny all allegations yet again and take little accountability for his staffs lack of honesty and integrity.

We had originally planned to purchase tiles here, but after this experience, we will be taking our business elsewhere.

Fantastic customer service.
I was lucky enough to have Shiraz assisting me the day I went in. I showed him a photo of my bathroom and advised I needed one wall re tiling and the others where staying the same and asked if he could help. The bathroom was fitted when we bought the house so I had no idea where the tiles had come from.
When looking at the photo he knew exactly what tile had been used on the walls previously and advised me they had some end of line stock which I was able to buy for a bargain price.

He was so so helpful and I am sure his knowledge would be unmatched !

It has been a real pleasure dealing with Roccia, you and your staff. The quality of the tiles and the service you have given to Sandra and myself has been 1st Class. Everybody has been so helpful, given instant answers and replied within minutes when we have exchanged emails. Deliveries have been on agreed times.
Your personal help when we arrived at your Preston showrooms was very much appreciated and your advice was invaluable.
We now have beautiful bathrooms and en suites.

We have been a customer at Roccia for a number of years. The Preston showroom is impressive. We were having our en-suite re done and visited the showroom a number of times to decided on tiles. We chose two types of tiles which were on show next to each other and which the salesman said were Italian. We ordered them and the tiler started work only to find that one set of tiles was Italian and one Spanish.The Spanish tiles were 5mil shorter, this was only discovered once the tiles had been put on. When we contacted Roccia we were told that the salesman would ring us, he didn’t, he rung the tiler and said there was nothing that could be done, so not only were we misled but there was almost a shrug of the shoulder as if to say tough so we are left with misaligned tiles.
We had also ordered an expensive mirror which apparently arrived a week ago but we were only informed today and told that it would be delivered the following week despite it sitting in the warehouse for what would be a fortnight.
When I rang them today I was told that someone would ring me back in 20 minutes, two hours later no one had contacted me so I rang, the guy said he would speak to the salesman and get him to ring me immediately. An hour later I was still waiting.
Seems like once they have your money they are not interested in any after sales service or correcting mistakes.

Update.
A further hour later a delivery van turns up with the mirror and the two van men ( who were excellent) brought the mirror into the house. They were as surprised as me because no one had rung to to tell me it was being delivered, good job I was in.
The quality of Roccia product is excellent but they have a lot to learn about communication and after sales service

A beautiful showroom, demonstrating the best of products. Very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly staff. Not in the least bit pushy for a sale. A real pleasure to visit.

We live in Merseyside and I am very lucky to have a wife and daughter who are passionate about design and 'getting things right' on a limited budget.
We started our 'Bathroom Project' nearly 2 years ago. We have travelled extensively and visited MANY bathroom showrooms that 'promised' so much!
We eventually found in Preston a 1 stop shop where the people are so friendly, helpful, patient and knowledgable.
Gavin Farrington lead us through the design process - he was by far the BEST! Maz then took us through 'the tiles' - UNBELIEVABLE!
