Bought expensive (€1400) ROCA in wash bidet wall hung toilet (from a Spanish supplier trading under the name of GROUPSUMI, The unit developed a fault of flooding the bathroom, contacted GROUPSUMI early February,(this was only installed a few months) dealing with a person named LAIA, who has been very unhelpful, and has made the return very difficult, not responding to emails.At this stage no choice but to enact consumers rights under eu. law. Was confirmed that warranty was no issue when buying from Ireland before making this purchase , ROCA Ireland also not willing to offer any assistance, so why are ROCA allowing a company like GROUPSUMI to be a supplier of their sanitary ware.

Bought two showers of this Brand. They exploded (yes, exploded!) four times within 3 years. My third shower, which costed 80% less and from Aliexpress, is doing JUST fine. After three years time, Roca won’t do anything to help me. Had to literally lose the money and toss the showers. Terrible products and terrible customer care.

I have purchased with a supplier from Roca different taps and some other material but it’s back ordered for more than 2 months and my supplier cannot send it to me cause Roca doesn’t send it to them. It’s really not acceptable and it feels like I should have bought from a different brand.

Just perfect... the delivery and the products. Just beautiful material, great quality.
