After 4 months of no correspondence I had no choice, but to contact authorities that this is a scam company
I placed an order with this company on 11/21/23, we are well past the 2-4 week assembly time and 7-10 day shipping timeframe listed on their site. I have sent several communication requests through the form on the site and not received a response and the company has no publically available phone number. I'm hoping to get some kind of response and tracking number, but at this point feel I was scammed and will have to work with my card provider to get my money back.
