We originally brought our property from Matthew Mannall when he was running Knight Frank in Henley; he provided a fantastic service; however, that was 15 years ago. Recently we were lucky enough to have an additional property for sale in the Wallingford area and had tried several local agents. Unfortunately, they were mainly very disappointing and seemed to fit the stereotype of an estate agent, all very frustrating, and our property remained unsold.

A friend of ours informed us that Matt had moved back to the area and had taken over Robinson Sherston in Henley. We contacted Matt, and he was brilliant; he understood the market and what we needed to achieve, listening to our wishes. Matt made us feel we were his only client, which clearly, we weren’t. His advice and strategy were tremendous, and he guided us with skill and knowledge. He had viewers lined up in no time at all, which led us to three offers on the property; he then advised us which offer to accept after researching the buyers.

After the offer was accepted, Matt again was very diligent in managing the sale. His communication skills were excellent, and he guided us quickly and smoothly to exchange and then on to completion.

We would not hesitate to recommend Matt to anyone, and if only all agents were like him, our lives would be so much easier.
