!!!!!WARNING CRIMINAL ORGANIZATION!!!! THE WEBSITE ROBERTDEAN IS NOT IN THE UK AND IS A CHINESE FRUAD. IT FOOLS AND SCAMS PAYING CUSTOMERS, BILLING CREDIT CARD MULTIPLE TIMES, SENDING WRONG FAKE PRODUCT. TOTAL CRIMINALS.

A Dodgy Money Grabbing Scam.
Learn from my mistake and DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE.
Charged the wrong amount on my credit card, no response to numerous 'contact us' requests. Charged $198 AUD for NAOT shoes and received pair of cheap crap rubbish, completely different shoe.
Matter in the hands of the Fraud dept now.
Lesson learnt.
Thought I was dealing with a UK company

I ordered Clarks tan sandals and received fake heeled birkenstocks. No phone number to query , no response to my many messages in "contact us" Such a dodgy, shameful business.

Stay away, i ordered full leather boots. I recieved a plastict pair of boots nothing like what I ordered.
I realised once I hit the order button and looked a little further, do not use you will be disappointed

I ordered 2 pairs of orthopaedic suede, sheepskin lined mules manufactured by a reputable company to the value of £80, believing that I was dealing with a U.K. company. Having made payment I received an email stating that my bank statement would show that the monies would not go to Robert Dean but to an Ann Fitch ( who we subsequently discovered was in China) and that due to foreign exchange the amount displayed on our statement would be different to the amount originally requested. After a month and having received no goods I tried to contact the company via telephone but was unable to find a number so emailed twice without any response. Two months from placing the original order I received a parcel which contained 2 pairs of slippers. The items in no way resembled those ordered. I can only describe them as being cheap flea market slippers ( if I had been looking to buy them I wouldn’t have paid more than £2 a pair) they are a check fabric, not orthopaedic and the wrong sizes. If I wish to return the items I have to do so at my own expense. Had I been dealing with a U.K. company I would have been happy to do so but I don’t see the point in throwing away yet more money when there seems little chance of ever receiving my goods. Consumer law now doesn’t cover me as I refuse to send the goods back to China, just what these people rely on I guess! Have passed details to Trading Standards and Action Fraud for investigation.
