I enjoy receiving my food items from Riverford and I also like their packaging and use of recyclable materials.

The products are always fresh on delivery and really taste great - well worth the money!
The app is very easy and user-friendly. All in all a fantastic experience. I’m glad I took the plunge and signed up, after considering doing it for so long.

I get a seamless service from Riverford who deliver on the correct day, take note of delivery pauses and deliver to a known place outside. The quality of produce is very good

Alot of the food ive received has been soft, and all of the onions have been rotten

Delicious organic fruit and vegetables, the butter and the milk, the hurbs and the wine all absolutely fantastic. The delivery person is kind and helpful too. I would find it difficult not to return...and there is absolutely no reason not to! I am my most happiest on the day of receiving the goods. Thank you riverford. Outstanding.

Very poor service - unreliable deliveries where your full order is not delivered, and then when you contact them to let them know and ask for a refund they don’t respond to emails at their ‘help’ address, presumably trying to push people to use the website bot instead. Riverford used to be about people, but it seems they are only about profit and do not care about customer service at all. I’m still waiting for my refund, and perhaps even an apology for not delivering what I ordered and having to fight for a refund of my money.

All produce is fresh. Vegetables and fruit is very good and tasty. The quality can be guaranteed.

Fantastic organic veg, fruit dairy and meats. Brilliant customer service. The only feedback I have is that I wish they did fish (wild of course) but that's because I want a one stop shop!

I'm very happy with the delivery service, every item I purchase has been carefully packed in my food storage box with no items damaged. The quality of food is very good and there is a range of, meats, fruits, vegatables, dairy to choose from. Very friendly customer service.

I’ve always bought Organic from supermarkets, but these defo have so much more flavour.

I received my 3rd order from you this week ...i was not as impressed as usual . I was very disappointed with the radishes ...they were very very small there was one a normal size the others were tiny ...all the size of my small finger nail ...some i had to throw away they were too small to clean ....also the i wasnt impressed with the onions ..they were more like pickled onions ...very small ...other veg was good .....

There are some great products available, and I’ve previously used the service regularly for fruit, vegetables and other fresh produce.

My main concern is the delivery schedule. At the moment, deliveries to the North East are only available on Thursdays, which I find quite inconvenient and imagine may be an issue for other customers in the area too.

Ideally, it would be great to have the option of a Monday delivery so customers can start the week with fresh stock, with the possibility of topping up later in the week if needed. Many people tend to eat out or make other plans at weekends, so receiving a fresh delivery on Thursday can be less useful, particularly for products with a shorter shelf life.

At the moment, this means I often have to purchase the same products elsewhere at the beginning of the week, which somewhat defeats the purpose of using the service. If there were more flexible delivery days for the North East, I’d definitely be more inclined to use the service regularly.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Riverford is running an absolute joke of a service built on false promises and utterly abysmal customer care.

I was lured in by a slick sales rep at a mall stand who promised me premium, organic veg that goes "straight from field to box" in 2 to 3 days, claiming it would stay fresh for up to two weeks. What an absolute fabrication.

My very first order arrived with missing items, onions sprouting mould spores within 5 days, and potatoes that had turned so disgustingly soft they literally dissolved into mush when touched. When I called to report this, the customer service representative was shockingly rude, entirely condescending, and actually tried to BLAME ME for their rotting food. She flat-out denied the promises made by their own field sales team, bluntly stating they "do not advertise timings" for freshness.
Like a fool, I gave them another chance.

The result? My most recent delivery contained tomatoes so severely soft, wrinkled, and degraded right out of the box that they looked weeks old. They have the sheer nerve to claim this is "field to box"? I can buy the absolute cheapest, bottom-tier budget tomatoes from any local supermarket and get far fresher, superior quality produce than this overpriced garbage what is meant to be premium.

Their "solution" to serving up rotting food and treating paying customers with utter contempt on the phone? Tossing a pathetic, insulting micro-credit onto my account.

I am completely done. I have cancelled my subscription and will never hand another penny to this company. Do yourselves a massive favor: save your money, save your sanity, and buy your vegetables literally anywhere else. Riverford is a disgraceful letdown from start to finish.
