Brilliant service from start to finish. Beautiful fresh produce, the app is great (and I am trying to minimise app use, but this one is really helpful and easy to use). Delicious fresh vegetables, the celery, carrots, real stand out items this week. Highly recommend.

This is my 3rd week and so far I've loved my deliveries. The food is excellent quality, with a wide variety of fruits and vegetables, chilled products and meat as well as some store cupboard staples. The delivery is always on time and carefully stored if I'm not at home to receive it. Im thrilled. Most of my weekly shop is now coming from Riverford. Its organic, ethical and good quality.

The produce is organic so no forever chemicals or horrible pesticides and it tastes great. The fact you get different stuff each time means you have to creative cooking meals. I got the Cooking with a veg box book, not looked through it much yet as only had it a few days but I think it will help with making my meals more varied. But the best thing is it’s organic like I’ve already said.

The website is clear on what to expect in each veg/fruit box, inc quantities. Delivered on time in recyclable/compostable packaging that Riverford are happy to take back. The fruit and veg is fresh, tasty and lasts well.

The quality of all the vegetables we have had has been superb. Because they haven’t spent days sweating in plastic they last much longer, particularly the mushrooms. I am particularly looking forward to the Cavolo Nero and the Hispe cabbage this week.

Brilliant organisation. I absolutely love my weekly veg box, I know I could get it cheaper from the supermarket but the taste is on another level. A bonus that it’s not sprayed with all sorts of nasties too.

Its so refreshing to have good quality products without all the nasties in the cupboards and fridge. We can definitely taste the difference! Theres a great variety each week. Its also great knowing it comes from the farms and the supermarkets arent taking all the profits. 🥰

Never received anything that hasn’t been first class. It’s so great to know that the quality of the food is doing me so much good.

Despite numerous emails to this company, I am still trying to resolve an issue with inedible fruit ??
They are very slow to respond and I’ve been waiting several weeks for my refund. They gave me a part credit on my account then took it back ? Then refunded an amount to my debit card but it is still less than I paid ??! It is a nightmare dealing with these people and I would think twice before ordering from Riverford. Customer service is clearly not important to them. Disappointing really.

I've been a long time customer and fan of all things Riverford. Recently our delivery day has swapped from Monday to Friday and the whole process has been great. Advanced comms explaining the change, the date it would take place and a number of reminders, including a personal telephone call just ahead of the delivery day. Still the same great produce and in fact, Friday suits us a little better, we can cook more on the weekend. Thank you for a smooth change.

Fresh food and very tasty too. Delivery service is excelent. As is the packaing. I am pleased to have moved to Riverford for my food.

I get excited every Friday when I open my box. I like to choose my vegetables this way so I use everything. I have read some people saying the customer service was not nice! I had bad mushrooms I rang them they refunded me and were very apologetic. I also find the delivery men very nice. I always praise him at Xmas. I have been using Riverford for over three years and I am very happy.

I think this service is phenomenal.
I first encountered Riverford at a promotional stand in West Sussex in Burgess Hill. The person was so knowledgeable and friendly I signed up. Best decision I've made food wise in years. Organic local food, the taste and quality was amazing. I am still marvelling over the lettuce. It's been great for me as head cook in my family, too, because I get a box of good fruit and veg every week and don't want to waste it, so I've learned to incorporate more nutritious things into our eating. The quality will change the way you think about fruit and veg. I can't recommend this service highly enough.
