I sustained a significant thumb injury…

I sustained a significant thumb injury the first time I used this slicer — specifically while cleaning the exposed cutting wheel. The design lacks any form of guard or cleaning tool, and no warnings are provided in the manual.

This product poses a serious safety hazard and appears to violate basic consumer safety principles. I am documenting the injury and will be reporting the incident to relevant consumer protection authorities.

If you’re considering this slicer, ask yourself: would you buy a kitchen appliance that draws blood before it slices food?
