Amazing product, using their LightSYS+ system and their Smart Home solution and works amazingly.

My risco Agility 3 home alarm conservatory DT detector is giving numerous false alarms. The system can not be trusted. The system was professionally installed and meets the installation parameters set by risco. The detector needs both motion and temperature variation to sound off. The system sounds off at random when there is no movement and temperature is normal ambient. Risco offer no support and suggest I contact the installer. I would not recommend or purchase another risco product.

Update. I did manage, after much chasing, to discover a piece of transition technology that Risco had developed. This enabled me to link my existing system to a standard Risco Sounder. This was an effective, but not cheap, solution. However this solution is not for everyone. They didn't make many of these bits and apparently I got the last one! Upped to 2 stars.
Risco bought Infinite (an Israeli company). Infinite had a good product, but Risco quickly killed it so they were clearly only interested in eliminating a competitor.
I needed a simple item to replace a broken External Sounder. But now there is no support, no compatible spares, effectively killing the system. Risco is not a company that understands customer care hugely reinforced by the negative comments here.
Risco, please only respond if you have a solution that works. I am not interested in your self-justification.

Vupoint non lavora bene e fallisce spesso la connessione con il server e le telecamere,
Non è un buon servizio, Risco Group dovrebbe risarcire i soldi presi.

Literally the worst company you could ever wish to deal with. Or rather they won’t deal with you. The products are absolute garbage that never work. Insane hidden subscription costs. Terrible customer service. They should be reported to watchdog!

Despite giving Risco a detailed description of an alarm fault and a copy of the Event History and being asked to phone the support office, when I got through the technician didn't want to talk to me. He just reiterated I need to call an engineer (at £80 per hour). I asked for a user guide but was again told to call an engineer. It will possibly be cheaper to get a new alarm than get help from Risco.
Dismal customer service. Not allowed to speak to the Operations team directly. To date have left 9 messages with CSR staff and no call back. As per the many comments below, we have been caught up with the this licence fiasco. We are now not able to operate the site with the system we paid for and have been locked out unable to add or remove any users from a system.
Avoid these people. It is of little wonder they made a loss of £108K last year
Suddenly the company has decided that their simple (and mediocre) app with 3 on/off buttons, previously free, now costs about 24€/year. All of this is applied also to old customers which have bought the service because it was clearly FREE OF CHARGE.
Dreadful customer service. Will not answer a simple question. Started charging for the cloud service but wish to charge me once for the alarm and again for one camera though they are both in one property. Once you have bought the alarm system they just don't want to know. Next alarm system will not be Risco.
I purchased a Risco alarm kit and ran into difficulties when installing it. I emailed the support address not really expecting to get anywhere, and was amazed to get a reply within a few minutes with answers to all my questions, all the manuals attached as pdf and the offer of help by email or phone. In the event I communicated with them both ways and it was as if they were standing beside me throughout. If only all help lines were even half as good.....
Great systems, unfortunately they seem to have become more protective around sales.
Older systems allow any external bellbox, no longer, their expensive one, or none!
Installation manuals contradict themselves, some good quality guides...for the simple stuff..anything in depth is rather vague
Once you find the customer service contact, and tech support, they are great...it's just a bit of a dig, I even had one of the tech guys try to ring me, shortly after enquiring via the supplier, which is rather impressive.
