I contacted the equateplus helpdesk to reset my password even though had to wait a while on phone I was assisted by a gentleman named Naeem, he was not only friendly but tremendously helpful and my problem was sorted out immediately

Willis Watson Towers is the management company you use to look after my pension. You should be ashamed that you allow such a poor company to do anything for you.
I am trying to get my pension transferred to my current work pension provider but I’m getting zero help from this lot.
Absolutely disgusting behaviour from a company you use who are dragging your name through the dirt.

My late father had a pension with RioTinto and after he passed in November 2020 I’ve spent endless hours helping my disabled elderly mother arranging transfer of various assets, including her entitlement to this pension as a surviving spouse.

Four months after my Father’s death RioTinto’s ‘contact centre’ remained utterly unhelpful and despite pressing advised only that it would be yet another month before my mother would receive any income.
