What an amazing company from start to finish, from the minute of enquiring to the minute of getting it all installed!! Even the little malfunction we had with the machine was sorted within a 3 minute phone call. everything that we spoke about prior to the contract was totally delivered. We sold a massive total of 38 cups of coffee on our first day with people coming in twice! Well done Rijo24!

We have recently opened a bar in Longton and contacted Shaun to see what Rijo could offer.

Shaun gave us a number of options and assisting us in finding the machine and bean best for our business. His customer service was fantastic throughout and since installing he’s been following up to ensure everything is in good working order for us.

Unbelievable service from Rijo. Called them Monday morning and Shaun came out the same day and gave us a great demo of all the Machines. We picked one and it was installed the same week. Shaun has been on hand to answer all questions since the install!

We have had a Rijo machine for some years but decided to upgrade recently. Shaun Gibbs explained comprehensively what a newer version could do for us and the staff were hooked! It was ordered and installed within a few days. The installer spent time showing the staff how operational aspects altered from our previous machine and all in all I can safely say I am certain we will not look back! Time saved means staff can be diverted to other jobs, saving money all round.

Deciding to go ahead with a new rijo machine was the best decision we made.
After having one for the last five years with no issues.
Shaun explained the benefits and the set up of the new one and what an upgrade it was.
From start to finish Shaun explained the process, the forms were filled and the new machine was fitted no problem.

Dealing with rijo as ever has been a pleasure. From talking through our needs with Ben and Shaun, to working within our budget and timeframe the relationship and service was excellent. They listened to our specific needs and understood our unique setting. Installation was a breeze and Andy was superb, relatable and explained everything so well. We have worked with Rijo for years now and I would recommend 😀

I had debated having a rijo machine for a while and it was the best move I made! Could not regret it. Shaun has looked after me, and it took him within the hour to sort everything out. Shaun always picks up on the phone when needed and sorts any issues out quick.

Shocking !! NEVER Buy a used Rijo coffee machine regardless of its age or condition. You will get no backup or help or a service engineer even if you offer them all the money in the world! The second you are not the original purchaser they literally want to sever all ties.
Independent engineers don’t want to touch the machines as they find them complicated costly and very difficult to get spares. Basically if it goes wrong- skip it!

I’m polite and courteous but I found Rijo to be unhelpful and arrogant, unless you buy new from them avoid avoid avoid.
