Ive used them twice now for long trips. Kent to Cornwall and Wales to Cornwall.
The latter was a late night instant book for a daughter.
Superb both times.
Good comms, good tracking, turned up on time, price very good for each journey.
The first journey I had to change the date, and the operator sorted it.
Happy customer.
Company was late for pick up by 20min and also I felt it didn’t have much of a local presence. We made it to our destination but I felt like this could have been a scam for a while there.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Took my booking and payment but no taxi arrived. Contacted the booking agent to query the no-show. They promised to call me back but didn’t. I found alternative transport. Two hours later they emailed claiming a taxi was en-route. When I contacted the booking agent to dispute the transaction they didn’t want to know about it and batted me off to another company who didn’t answer the phone. In a word: scam!
I am a Private Hire driver.
Today had passengers that had paid £130 (return) through this website for a £25 each way trip, and then passed the booking onto my operator (as they appear to simply be a ‘broker’), and didn’t pay the operator, leaving the passengers to pay again!
Looked their phone number up online (London number) and the webpage it brings up has the number on, but is shown as having a Yorkshire address.
Steer clear of them if you value your money.
My daughter booked a taxi paid £219 taxi never arrived turned up next day and they are refusing to give her her money back.
Stay well clear of this company, taxis well over priced and cancellation policies are outrageous as in you’ll be lucky to get half your money back
