Absolutely awful ! I am a carer. I collect my client from the station every night. She is disabled so struggles to walk. He constantly beeps the horn. Hasn't got the cursity to come and talk to me. Just shouts move. He does it to every one ! Thos is Tamworth station. White big taxi. Don't use him !!

Terrible experience. Booked an airport transfer days in advance and the taxi never arrived. Mind you, this was a 4:45 am pick-up for 2 adults and 1 toddler! Of course no answer when I tried to call. I tried elsewhere but nothing available last min. So, I was left with the option to lose my flight or take my car to the airport (still with a risk of running late). With my car barely big enough for us, we managed to get just on time but only by parking to the mid-term car park at a cost of £32.00 a day for a 31 days travel. Anyone can do the maths, right? I then tried to call the next day to understand what happened, before leaving a review, I was promised a manager will call me. 2 more days now gone and no interest of course. Avoid at ALL costs.
I prebooked a taxi about 4 days in advance for a late night pick up in London and received a confirmation email. On the evening I called at the set time to see where they were and was told they weren’t coming and someone should have emailed me - they then proceeded to just hang up.
Rider Taxis website is very easy to use. I booked a car while standing on road without any trouble. The driver arrived on time too Earlier then excepted.
