Good items. No customer service

Ordered the same item in two different sizes as I was unsure of the fit. Both items arrived promptly and the first one I opened was a great fit and has performed perfectly over its first few sessions. Very happy. However, I have been completely unable to contact ride engine to return the additional item. I have tried the online form and WhatsApp contact number to no response. Rideengine.com responded immediately, but where unable to offer assistance. Therefore, I'm left with an unopened and unused item that I have no use for and seem unable to return. Very poor customer service and would avoid in the future as I don't expect any support if the item is faulty

Good online adress for ride engine equipment

Excellent internet web-site. Paymment was done through paypal, delivery time was perfect and corresponded exactly to the indicated timelines. Got exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend ride engine uk online store.
