I own 2021 Traverse. It has less than 30,000 miles on it. In May I spent $2500 to fix AC. In June I bring it back for another AC issue. This time they tell me it is $4000 to fix. But Chevy will pay $3000 & I pay another $1000. This past service they will not provide a loaner and then it is going on day 6 the car has been fixed and they won't release my vehicle because they have not received payment from Chevy. Finally after calling and complaining I get my car back. This is the last time I puchase a Chevy. When you spend $35000 for a car you would expect the AC to work longer then that. $6500 to fix an AC unit is crazy and it comes with a 2 yr warranty. After looking online this is not uncommon for the Traverse to have AC issues. Very disappointing.
I purchased a vehicle on July 31 2023 from Rick Hendrick Chevrolet in Naples, Fl. My payment was by direct electronic transfer of funds. During the purchase process I accepted their offer to trade in my car. The dealership assured me their accounting department would send me a check for the trade in. They did not send me payment for my trade in. Two weeks later I spoke with a sales manager, Shaun. He assured me that my check was there and they would send it FedEx overnight. A week later it hadn’t arrived. I called back and was told the check hadn’t been at the dealership. It had not been sent to the address I provided. I’m still waiting for Rick Hendrick Chevrolet of Naples to pay me for my car or return the vehicle. This company deserves negative stars for their lies, lack of follow up, and unprofessional actions.
