Was looking for a nice upgrade to my existing Samsung TV. Oli was incredibly informative and shared three options with me ranging in price and supported my decision on the best option. Highly recommend.

I visited the reigate store to look for a new tv i meet with Ian who was very knowledgeable and helpful i agreed to buy a new 65" tv and collected it a few days later. Once home and installed i had issues with the tv itself as it wouldn't control the picture so contacted the shop they went through some checks over the phone after 2 more calls and a lot of frustration with the tv NOT the store at all it was agread to return it and a swap out to a new Sony. so i went to collect the new tv and return the faulty one, new tv was not in as it had been ordered a day later than my call, the guys in the shop went over and above to get it to me that day they stayed later than the closing time to confirm this all happens and I got my tv that day. So it's a big thumbs up from me for Ian and his team in resolving the issue I had.

Got great advice and recommedation from store sales man Olie at the Reigate store.

Alway enjoyed an honest opinion from the team in Reigate, Ian as always along with his team happy to answer questions, demonstrate equipment and make suggestions that are user centred.

Helpful customer service resulted in easy transaction.
Awaiting full installation this Friday.

Decided to buy a new turntable and resurrect my vinyl collection. Went into the Reigate store and met Oli. Top service from a really nice and knowledgeable guy. He listened to what I actually wanted and needed and spent time offering me several options. No hard sell, just a genuine desire to make sure I got the right product. Cannot rate Oli and the store highly enough.

I wanted an item fairly quickly but the local Richer Sounds did not have it in store so I emailed all the branches that I could drive to and I'm pleased to say every one responded quickly. All the shops offered home delivery but this could have been up to five days. So I recontacted to my branch who said they could get it in store in two or three days whilst processing the order by phone they reailsed they could get it to quicker by delivering it direct and I received the item the next day. Excellent service.
