Hi all, thank you so much with helping me my purchase of OLED LG TV. Especially Malik at the London bridge store. I am also looking to purchase home cinema speakers too.

Was looking to buy a Television,was approached by Malik who was friendly and very knowledgeable and helped us decide which one to choose the other guys were friendly too,was so pleased with our purchase

This was a brilliant experience, team went above and beyond with info, comms around delivery and helping me out in general. Not sure why I'm surprised, they've always been consistently great. Pop in, say hi and you' won't be disappointed.

This is customer care like it used to be. Personal, human and understanding. It's one thing to be expert in the products but quite another to know how to treat customers. I had a slight problem with my purchase and they couldn't have responded any better. No hesitation in recommending.

I have shopped at richer sound since the age of 16, im now 45 and still never had issue.. the only thing I would improve at richer sounds it the level of fun in store. It has died in the last 20years.

Your manager at London Bridge branch is completely on the ball. Understood what l wanted immediately, explained fully the operation and what it was required for. Looked up my VIP status, ensured my discount. Placed the order and arranged remote delivery i.e. not my address.
The order was delivered to my daughter the day before her birthday.

I called your London bridge store in the morning and asked the member off staff if they had the focal bathys mg headphones ingreat service stock he said i just check came straight back to me and said yes we do i asked can i pay in cash ? He said yes you can he held them for me and i bought them later that day
