I have shopped with Richer Sounds for over 40 years and have never had bad service or cause to be disappointed with them. I bought a TV with them 2 years ago that became faulty. When I contacted them they arranged for it to be collected and provided me with brand new packaging for its transportation.

When they told me that it was a write off, I expected that to be it. No, they gave me 2/3s of what I paid for it back, so I bought another TV from them. I ordered it last Saturday and received it a day early on Monday, they even carried it out to my car for me (as they did with the previous TV).

My congratulations and thanks go out to the Cheltenham branch and the rest of the company for their continual excellence of service. A standard that many other companies should aspire to achieve.

Ordered our TV cabinet from Cheltenham on the Thursday and it was delivered on the Saturday

After a small hiccup when Gaetan didn’t call me when he said he would, everything went like clockwork.
I had originally ordered a Hisense 100” screen, and then found out that it might not be a good match with my projector. A quick call and Gaetan recommended the Optoma 92” and changed my order.
I had a problem with a “Road Ahead Closed” sign in my street, but a message was sent to BJS home delivery to ignore it, and they delivered it on the correct day and within my 3 hour slot.
I now have it, but haven’t yet unboxed or wall mounted it… will do so in a few days when I have all the tool, screws etc. needed to do so.
The whole experience was worry free, and I am more than happy with the service from both Richer Sounds and BJS.

From stepping into the shop, with a pocket full of questions to receiving my order the very next day, my experience was exemplary. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Excellent service. I definitely made the right choice and gained insight that I wouldn't have received by buying online. 5 stars and more. Plus my turntable is superb and better than I expected.

Extremely helpful staff especially Mandy. Made sure that I was aware of any promotions etc. that the manufacturers were having. I won’t shop anywhere else for TVs etc. especially as the founder of Richer Sounds has let the staff share directly in its success by giving them shares in the company. Result is highly motivated and committed team members.

Had problem earlier in week with missing invoice - sorted very quickly- then problem with tv under warranty but no logger being repaired (Panasonic) spoke to Luke at Cheltenham store and he went the extra mile to sort out replacement tv to my satisfaction.No other company would go such lengths for customer satisfaction.Well done Luke top mam

whilst delivery was rapid, product was damaged - obviously so from the packaging, and the delivery driver just gave it to the first person he saw - a builder working on my house. I was inside.

the return procedure was convoluted and time consuming & requiring multiple photographs, emails, whatsapp & phonecalls. very frustrating.

Technics 40 turntable looks good,feels good,easy to assemble and sounds brilliant. As usual excellent advice and service from the Cheltenham staff + prompt delivery.

My phone call was quickly rewarded with a human voice in my local store who listened to my needs, checked stock and made sure that I had the necessary cables and stands. Local stock was not available so I was made aware of my collection or delivery options. The items arrived earlier than expected. No fuss or complications, real humans, real shops, pleasurable shopping, excellent hi fi.
