I’m a returning customer.
For this purchase Charlie (Brighton) gave me excellent advice when steering me to what was available for my setup.
DPD were first-class, fast and efficient. (Notification, time-slot and delivery).
When there was a hiccup with the product, I was able to speak to Charlie immediately and he dealt with it brilliantly.
I’m delighted with my purchase, and as I told Charlie, ‘I love Richer Sounds’!

It's just how customer service should be. So many companies could learn how to do it from the guys in Brighton. Rosie runs a great team and Nik is just a star, so helpful and his help on email before I made my decision for my choice of amp was exemplary. I won't go anywhere else and have been using them for years. A++

The staff were great. I was after specific options with a new TV. Rosie was able to both demonstrate and explain the options. Delivery was on time. I returned to the shop with a problem, fitting the stand to the TV. It was resolved by the staff. Thanks

The knowledge shared with and the personal attention given to me to help me choose was great! I was replacing an old surround-sound system designed for a different-shaped room and Charlie identified the configuration implications. Joe went on to install and balance everything to deliver a very satisfying solution.

The Staff at Brighton were very helpful and professional. Special mention goes to Nik making sure I was satisfied with my purchases. I now have a fantastic TV and Sonos sound system.

Staff member was knowledgeable enough. Even though the particular tv model wasn't on site we compared similar quality models (LED/OLED etc). Organised preferred delivery without fuss, offered to check type of wall mount needed. Nice manner, gave me time and space to explore what to buy and different options.

Charlie was informative and extremely helpful.
He gave advice and explained the product very clearly.
Whenever I have phoned the store to ask any questions I have always found the calls were answered promptly and the best advice given.
They listen to the customer and do not try to force a sale.
I would certainly recommend this store to friends and colleagues alike.

Sales etc great,but at age 87 I am now with two T V s and I don’t understand the key pads.I need sub titles but with the LG where.??I feel quite depressed when I should be pleased.The engineer was ok if I had been young and experienced with gadgets.

Richer Sounds in Brighton are amazing. Patient, helpful, nothing too much trouble. Great advice, prices and products. I don't shop anywhere else for sound and vision.

I ordered click and collect and it was there for me to pick up the next day.

Both the manager who dealt with me at the beginning and the member of staff who handed me the earbuds were helpful, informative and friendly.

Staff were helpful and informative and i liked that they didn't try to push me into buying something more expensive. They found the right product after listening to my needs.

Always a pleasure with Richer Sounds. Staff never try to push anything on you, are eager to help and you can tell they're there because they're into their tech as much as the customers are!

Jay answered my query really quickly with helpful advice and even including photographs so that I could understand. The connecting cable I needed was ready for me to collect that day with clear instructions on what I had to do.
