First class service
First class service. However had an issue with the carrier who delivered the machine, the guys removed the packaging and took it away. Unfortunately within the packaging was a template required to fit the integrated door for the washer dryer. I tried to bring this to the attention of the delivery company but they continued to tell me to speak to RGB who obviously would not be able to help. All I wanted to do was to feedback the issue to help avoid this happening to someone else. It cost me £150 to get a professional to fit the door without the template.
I would repeat this was a fault of the carrier not RGB

Nothing but hassle
Nothing but hassle! The TV arrived with a cracked screen, it wasn't unpacked as it apparently should have been so this was only discovered when I paid for someone to come and install it. I then had to send photos and get it returned. I was given another delivery date but nothing arrived. So I am out of pocket and no TV!!
