Extremely frustrating experience and a huge waste of money

I've had around 15 dashcams and GPS trackers from Rewire. I don't think at any point in the last 3/4 years we've used them have they all been working at one time. They are constantly having issues and the one time we've needed the footage from a camera for an insurance claim, the footage disappeared.

They do not work as well as they advertise. They should at least offer a refund for the months and months of subscriptions we've been paying for while cameras/trackers are not working.

I hugely regret purchasing from this company.

One of the biggest judgments I make are aftermarket. So many companies show their true colours during aftermarket support. What a wonderful experience I had with a product I needed to reach out for. Every communication and the outcome was perfect. This level of service is rare and worth the mention. Plus the turnaround speed this close to Christmas. My bodycam is back with me
