The software is not as they show in ads or description. I also used my key for like 20mins and asked for a refund and they tell me that they won't give me my money back. Like they dont fullfill what they show and than dont give money back. SCAM DONT BUY!!!!!!!!!

Rewasd is so good best ui looks amazing the mapping is so easy and has custom controller inputs already have a controller but key n mouse mapping is da best good support and worth it for sale

I purchased the most expensive “Full Pack” lifetime license, which was reasonably understood as an all in, long-term option. Years later, that license was reclassified as “legacy,” and access to new features was placed behind a separate Lifetime Access Plan. At no point during purchase was it clearly communicated that “lifetime” meant access only to a fixed set of features rather than the product as it evolves.

What makes this worse is the way support handled the feedback. Instead of acknowledging that the wording was vague or that the transition caused confusion, support responses were dismissive and condescending, repeatedly implying that customers “did not read” the terms. Deflecting responsibility and talking down to long-time paying users especially those who paid for the most expensive option is not acceptable customer service.

Clear, upfront communication would have avoided this entirely. Shifting definitions after the fact and blaming users for reasonable expectations is the real issue here.

This is the first time ever i write a review on a company, Its bad at this point, I completely forgot that i had a subscription every 3 month, i was noticing that money were took out of my card directly every 3 month without really knowing what it was for. I did my investigation and found out it was them, an hour after the payment got taken i contacted their support and explained them the situation. They refused to give a refund even tho i didnt use their software for the past 6 month and maybe more. Which others company was giving me refund understanding the issue, they simply dont care and keep your money no matter what.

The will trick you into paying you for full subscription to get the free trial the won't refund your money.

Reported to the BBB, will pursue further action.

Overprice software that can be found for free elsewhere. Also no refunds.

Geez this software sucks hard. Please stay away from it

I've encountered constant problems with this buggy garbage. The latest problem is that after updating the software, my controller now doesn't work. Apparently the driver didn't uninstall correctly. I see instructions to run a driver uninstaller but it doesn't exist in the directory where it's supposed to exist.

How hard is it to do this stuff? I've never dealt with problems like this from Razer or even Logitech (and Logitech is also a joke).

Misleading information on their website led to an accidental purchase and they are refusing to refund. Avoid these scammers at all cost.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with reWASD was frustrating enough that I feel obligated to warn others.

I tried to use the 7-day free trial, but within 20 minutes, the software was already unusable — devices weren’t recognized, inputs didn’t register, and basic functions simply didn’t work. I attempted to fix the issue by revoking the trial and reinstating it, but due to their “one trial per system” rule, I was unable to try it out again.

I bought a license hoping it would work, only to face the exact same issues. I contacted support explaining the situation clearly, asking for a refund based on the fact that the software simply didn’t function on my system. They pointed to their terms of service and refused to make any exception, even though I had no real opportunity to test the software beforehand.

Their attitude was dismissive and robotic, offering no flexibility or understanding for a clearly edge-case situation. If the software doesn’t work for you, you’re out of luck — no matter how reasonable your case is.

Bottom line: If you run into compatibility issues or technical problems, don’t expect any help or refund.

COMPLEETLY FRIED MY CONTROLLER RUINED!!!!

Was hard deciding between a 1 star and 2 stars rating. For the insane amount they´re charging people it´s better than other mapping tools but still not as good as the good old (dead) Pinnacle Game Profiler

Moved to subscription based payments on version 8. £25 a year to remap a controller?! x360ce does it for FREE.

Bought a life time license back when Rewasd was just getting started. Now that version 8 is coming out they have suddenly switched to a subscription model. Life time license users will loose access to features in version 8 unless we pay a subscription fee now. This kind of scummy business practice is our reward for supporting them early I guess! Disgusting behavior like this is why people pirate software so much. They know the company will betray them as soon as it's convenient, so why pay them at all?

program doesnt work properly and monitazation is crazy

As a remapper it's okay. The UI can be a little overwhelming, and sometimes it can be buggy, but when it works, it works great.

What really annoys me is the aggressive monetization. Every bit of functionality is put into its own module, and you have to buy all the modules separately if you want all the functionality. And then they'll add more modules. I get too frustrated trying to do a minor tweak and being told to pay even more.

I ended up switching to x360ce instead.

Using this programm to bring controller support to Guild Wars 2. Had to use this, becaus it can handle the paddles from the XBOX Elite Controller, which some remapping programms can't. Only downside: it's on the pricier side.

Very poor understanding of the program from the employees, the whole circus may i say.
Refused to give a refund after i told them its not working properly - like they advertised; I opened a case and obviously won.
They tried to dispute my case that i have won which is hilariously pathetic attempt to get mere euros.
Also as a side note many games outright banned the program for soft cheating.

They are not too willing to refund your money even though it is within 14 days of purchase. If their customer service tries to talk you out of a refund within your 14 days refund guarantee, just refer to the EU law (europeans) which states: "If you buy a product or service online, you have the right to return it within 14 days of delivery without providing any justification."

Then they will probably forward you to their financial department which will finally refund you. I went through this process myself and finally got my money back.

Money hungry company and horrible service. Don't buy their product.

Another money hungry company not willing to stand behind their product. Product would not work for me after countless attempts and refused and refund or solution. Just said too bad after making me go back and fourth with them with screenshots and information. I can’t recommend how much you should avoid this company
