If you could give NO stars

If you could give NO stars, that would be my preference.

If they have closed, take your site down. Haven't been able to log in for years. No response from support email, so either down right rude or they no longer exist. But either way, Don't waste your time here !!

Have they closed down?

I've been using this site for around 20 years (not sure where they went). Over the past few years all the value has disappeared - no surveys, no quick surveys, and they now seem to bin out all my bank deposits without paying the interest. Support tickets get no answer for ages (or at all) and when they do answer it's usually with an unhelpful further question that I've already answered. Close to giving up on the site entirely but I do have quite a lot of points built up over the years which I now can't redeem. I have a nostalgia for this site as I used to enjoy it back when it was Emailcash but it seems to have become defunct.

Gold membership no longer offered. Surveys no longer offered. Unable to redeem points into my bank account. No reply to emails. Time to get out what I can, when I can, as I see this now useless site closing shop very soon.

Do they still exist

I have been trying to contact them for years now having been a solid member for over 15 years. I wanted to change my em address & tried to get confirmation of this but no reply. They have no phone number of course which should not be allowed by any business. I have not received any Surveys for a long time. I know that this is only a review site but i feel that Trustpilot has an obligation to find out any detail about any Organisation of there existence or NOT.

Poor old Rewards Central

I completed surveys with Rewards Central for many years. However, when Cash Rewards split off from Rewards Central, Rewards Central went downhill. No surveys and no quick surveys; a complete waste of time. Cancel, cancel, cancel! I was a good honest survey doer; I feel let down by this survey site. Close it up and save yourself and everybody else precious time.

I stopped using Rewards Central for quite some time. Tried to use it again but my account was frozen. I filled in a form to reinstate my account/unfreeze it. It also asked for photo ID, so I sent my driver's license. Seems very fraudulent that they ask for such personal information and then weeks pass with no reply, no matter how many times you reach out. I'd like to know what they are doing with my personal information. Completely dodgy!!!

I have been with them for years and years and banking my money only to find out they have disappeared. Try reactivating my account, sent in my id and the form. Nothing back from them just disappeared out of sight. Very disappointing

Lost over $200 in rewards cash

I have over $200 in rewards points with Rewardscentral after being with them for so many year starting when they were emailcash I had hundreds of dollars in their "bank". I tried to login and was informed that I needed to reactivate my account. I tried emailing them did as they asked, sent in my driver's licence as ID but got no response. I tried posting in the reactivation form and still no response. Very disappointing for what I thought was a trustworthy survey rewards-earning site. It is just a scam site and now they have a copy of my id floating around somewhere. I'd go as far as to say they are scamming thieves.

I have over $200 in rewards points with Rewardscentral after being with them for well over 6 years. I tried to login and was informed that I needed to reactivate my account. I tried emailing them and their email address keeps bouncing back as non existent. I tried posting in the reactivation form and the letter was returned to sender. Very disappointing for what I thought was a trustworthy survey rewards earning site.

second the last bad review Terrible

can only second the last bad review .
been with them for 15 odd years gained some couple 100$ from it.. as many offers to get rewards . They increase the numbers guessing came from a 4 figure to a 5 figure - the daily surveys have disappeared to enter a jack pool that had gone for good it seems . Rewards only to be paid out at the value of 20$ with no option to earn - as they gave away that side to cash rewards ( useless )
But today.. No points. none from daily clicks,
No response on Contact for help or Why they Changedbwith out notice ..
After so many years, its time to walk away from (a) once daily interaction site ( which was once called a fun interactive community )

But today.. No points. none from daily clicks, Banks Interest.. all surveys are only accessed via personal email.
WORSE STILL, you Cant CASH out your points! only to GIFT-CARDS that are barely even useable (100$ ones are not in my town)
No response on Contact for help or Why they Changed stuff with out notice ..
After 20 odd years, its time to walk away from (a) once daily interaction site

This website has turned into a scam…

This website has turned into a scam site, they don't offer surveys anymore, they don't pay you your rewards, they do not answer your support requests and they want you to use some sneaky 3rd party verification app and hand over all your personal information and government ID's information as well as selfie pictures so they can steal your identity

LETS GET OUR MONEY BACK FROM REWARDS CENTRAL JOIN THE FB CLASS ACTION GROUP

As like most people on this review with Rewards Central. Have been a member for years and went to cash out my money and couldn’t. Firstly asking for ID verification Ike Drivers licence ( which I instantly thought very suspicious) Now after sending numerous emails without a single response!!! Absolutely not on!
Rewards Central have been paid by the company’s that supply all survey for Rewards Central members to take in turn WE as members receive a $ value for completing. Now to me this is STEALING from both parties within the website.
Rewards Central website is still active again which is weird . I have joined a group on FB call
Rewards Central Class Action ….we are looking at taking this further via media outlets PLEASE everyone who had been effected by this join the group.

Rewardcentral BE AWARE, stay clear!

Rewardcentral where to start? I have been a member since it was called email cash back in 2000.
Over recent years I have witnessed a steady decline in service even when you are a GOLD member.
Earlier this year I reached the 1500 exp points where I should of received a one off payment of $100. To make matters worse I also have in excess of 22000 points sitting in my account that can not be touched. So all in all they owe me around $300. But not a word from them. It is such pity as there has been a many years of good service and at the height of it they were even talking of floating the company and members would also get shares.
Wow how we have been played.
Now it just looks like a SCAM site!
Still taking members, so be very careful. Do not hand over any personal data.
I think we should look into a class action law suit.

Seems they have shut down months ago

Seems they have shut down months ago, did not tell anyone, and we are unable to get rewards, none of those options do not work. They could of at least given us a warning so we could redeem what we are owed.

Abysmal

Have been a member since 2001 , have lodged multiple support requests that go unanswered. They want you to verify your ID via a third party app but won’t respond to errors with verification process. Also a Gold Member.
