This company is not trying. They locked my funds and required proof that I bought the giftcard. Eventually I buy the car from my customer so I don't save receipts this company kept the money themselves and after trying to get in contact they couldn't even still respond I uploaded my passport and everything required but still nothing

The passport you uploaded confirms your identity, but it's a separate requirement from confirming the source of the funds.
