My business funds have been locked

Very disappointing experience with Revolut Business.

My business funds have been locked for more than 10 days, even though I immediately provided every document requested and fully cooperated. Support gives different answers every day, but there is still no resolution.

Because I cannot access my own money, I am unable to pay suppliers or run my business properly. This has put my company at serious risk and has had a major impact on my family.

I expected much better communication and a faster resolution.

Don't even think about registering…

Don't even think about registering here, it's more of a hassle! I'm a YouTube blogger and receive only one payment from Google Ireland per month. No one else has ever transferred money to my account! But Revolut Business constantly pesters me with verification, demanding documents, spreadsheets, invoices, and contracts with YouTube. I've submitted over 20 different documents for account verification, but it seems the Revolut AI bot still hasn't figured out the source of my funds or simply wanted to ban me because I don't generate thousands of transactions per month; I'm simply unprofitable for them. Let me remind you, I only received one payment per month from Google Ireland. Furthermore, I previously wanted to accept payments from my subscribers for the courses I sell on my YouTube channel, but Revolut Business blocked this option for my account during the first stage of registration. It's good that I have another bank to which I provided only two tax documents, and they easily approved the account to which I receive payments from my viewers from different countries. If you value your nerves, I don't recommend opening an account with Revolut Business!
