Love the service & the prices.

I used to buy from the revital shop in Oxford until it closed many years ago and was very happy find that they had an online store.
They offer a variety of health care products and are always on standby should you need advice.
I will definitely continue to give my support.

Brilliant service

It was just a small, well packed parcel which came on time and intact. I was pleased but it was just a standard transaction which does not merit a full blown review!

The actual service is good and they seem to offer a good range of products. I have only ever ordered vitamins so I cannot comment on the standard of the other items they offer.
As a nurse, my gripe is, what I have with all health stores is the use of the term “superfood”. What is a superfood? Anything you want. It’s a marketing term to get you to buy something.
The second gripe is the “detox” section which is very dangerous and actually very unhealthy and misleading. Your liver and kidneys detox themselves! You can seriously damage your liver and kidneys by doing just ONE “detox”. Just drink more water if you are feeling lethargic etc that’s probably what your problem is.
And these two irritants are to do with the entire “health” industry really, not just specific to revital but I hope I can helps even one person reading this not to give into weird capitalistic buzz words that at best do nothing and at worse harm your health.

Have not received package I ordered 20june had email saying due to weather being hot they have not sent it

The prices are competitive, however, their discounts to loyal customers with repeat purchases are a joke. I don't think they fully understand how to nurture customers. If you offer customers a discount after purchase, there should not be a list of products where the loyalty discount does not apply. My advice, don't offer it at all then. It's like tangling a carrot in my face.

Looking at the other negative reviews it would appear my dealings with this company follows the same pattern. If the items you have ordered are in stock then your experience is quite positive. However woe betide you if your ordered items are out of stock - you get one confirmation email of the order then a few days later an apologetic email about a delay and "We expect your order to be despatched approximately within the week." More chance of Hell freezing over. The phone number given is never answered and emails are ignored.
Luckily I clawed my money back through Paypal - going forward indeed Caveat Emptor

Item was never dispatched and when I reached out to the company they didn't respond.

I knew I would not be home for delivery, so I selected one of the given options for collection. I received an email to say it had been delivered but when I went to the place, I was told that they did not accept delivery from Royal Mail. Royal Mail's photo of the delivery did not match the location I went to. This was over a week ago and I still do not know where the parcel is, other than I do not have it. I have not been able to get through on the phone as there is no answer, and there has been no response to my emails. I have paid for items which I have not received and there seems to be no way of getting a response or my money back. Needless to say, I will never again order from this company

My order was very significantly delayed, it should have arrived in a few days. I eventually received it, weeks late, but it was a subscription, and I still haven't received the next order, and nor can I find out when it might arrive. I have tried phoning, but repeatedly was cut off, so I sent an email, but, a week later have still not received any response.

Good website, providing a great deal of information on the products.
Their courier delivered the package on time and in good condition.
