Horrible customer service it was not a great experience. They accused me of stealing. They didn’t answer right away. They didn’t want to fix the order. Then once I showed them that I wasnt lying and that I was going to my bank to get my refund and to report this transaction that’s when they started paying me attention and wanting to “fix the issue“ they didn’t really fix the issue because I still didn’t get the item but they issued me a partial refund that only refunded me for that item on another order. Had another issue on another order. Had more issues multiple delivery issues use FedEx FedEx sent me copy of customs paperwork and fees. This company sent me their copy of their customs paperwork and it was missing the fees that I paid. I needed to repay the fees and duties as FedEx said that I had not paid anything because this company failed to report that I paid. that was the last time I ordered. Its too much work, too expensive to be able to get your items delivered and way too long. I paid 2-3x the duties and customs fees from what I had already paid. Something that was retailed at approx $65 I paid approx $125 now plus an additional $65 after delivery. I do Not recommend them. 0 stars if it was possible!!!!

I am absolutely done with this company! My husband surprised me with 8 birthday gifts, but the excitement faded fast. The package arrived late because customs could not reach the company, and we tried everything but could not get a response.

My husband tried providing descriptions for the items but had to have me take a look and provide descriptions to customs, as they (customs) said the descriptions were inaccurate.

Every skein was just plain acrylic, not even a whisper of something luxurious like alpaca or wool. It was all 100% acrylic.

We paid $ 60 at checkout, then another $ 60 for shipping and customs, piling on the costs.

So why did FedEx suddenly claim 30 dollars in fees are still owed? We were told to wait a week to see if the company does anything; if not, we have to pay, so 60 dollars of yarn and 90 dollars in fees!!!???!!

Never again! I have every bit of proof: screenshots from FedEx listing the supposed fees, and receipts for every cent we already paid.

We received a break down of the invoice that we received. We paid an additional 60 dollars for only 60 dollars in yarn. I DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS. NEVER AGAIN!!!!
