We’ve now booked two holidays through Revell's Travel, and both experiences have been excellent.

Most recently, they planned our trip to South Africa, and everything was perfectly put together, from the quality of the hotels & locations. The itinerary was clearly well thought out, allowing us to make the most of every stop without feeling rushed.

This is the second holiday we’ve arranged with them, and it certainly won’t be the last. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their services to anyone looking for a seamless and well-organised travel experience.

We got the exact dates we wanted, at a lovely 5* hotel in Tenerife. Jamie confirmed it had good reviews and he booked our airport parking, it was seamless.

We wouldn’t book with anyone else.

Absolutely amazing company, Jamie booked us a holiday of a lifetime to Orlando Florida in December 2023. Right from the get go he was able to assist with every aspect of the holiday even down to even booking our wedding ceremony for us. He was very knowledgeable about the destination and gave helpful tips and tricks whilst we were there, alongside this he was always contactable and able to help (usually within 12 hours) every-time.
Having Revells deal with our travel plans meant that we could relax before the holiday leading to a more enjoyable experience overall. We will 100% be using this company again for all our travel needs.

We booked our dream holiday to the Caribbean with Jamie. All done virtually with plenty of phone calls before booking to make sure bespoke details were exactly as we wanted. 3 different destination, 5 different flights and 3 weeks went without a hitch or worry. I’ve just returned from my Caribbean cruise which was organised by Jamie. He took care of everything flight’s, transfer’s, hotel and the cruise. He delivered everything I ask for and more. I have used him a couple of times and he never fails. Thanks Jamie

Despite the fuel protestors on the way to the airport and therefore missing our flight Michael Weight from Revells Travel, managed to arrange later flights so we didn't miss out alltogher on our planned break in The Azores. Michael had sources the best hotel on the island, arranged the flights and transfers and this is the reason we have now used his services for quite a while. I would hightly recommend using Michael as it takes out all the stress of arrangements and travel and you can relax in the knowledge that all will be perfect.

My family and I have recently enjoyed a fantastic holiday organised by Revells Travel touring the west coast of the USA. Nothing was too much trouble for Jamie despite two years of pandemic related cancellations, wildfires and flash floods! Jamie used his extensive knowledge to select great flights, hotels and hire car for the seven of us to allow us to fully enjoy the delights of Las Vegas, San Francisco and Los Angeles with multiple overnight stops in between. He always answered my questions promptly and comprehensively, giving us the confidence to go on our road trip dream holiday. I would thoroughly recommend using Revells Travel.

Jamie and the team were great during the pandemic, always keeping us informed and giving us plenty of options. They kept us up-to-date on the ever changing rules and what that meant for us and our trip. Jamie changed our flights and excursions, as well as our Oceania cruise booking when we didn’t feel confident to travel. I can only imagine how many others they were doing this for as well.

They are very knowledgeable and always offer advice on different day trips, restaurants and things to see and do. I even call Jamie on our return and tell him all about our holiday!!

We gave Revells an idea of what as a family we were looking for and put our trust in Jamie. We were glad we did this as his expertise and knowledge, not to mention considerable energy and effort resulted in a great trip. We will recommend Jamie happily.

We are first time parents and were looking to book our first holiday with our 7 month old daughter. Lewis listened to our concerns and requirements and provided us with some options which he talked us through in detail before we decided to book Crete. Lewis was extremely helpful, a pleasure to deal with and patient with us as we were constantly calling and emailing him asking questions! Lewis ensured we had everything we needed to make travelling with a baby as easy as possible by arranging a car seat for our transfers and ensuring the hotel provided various equipment needed for the baby so we had less to take with us. We absolutely loved our holiday so thank you Lewis/Revells Travel.

We were planning a trip to Australia and asked Jamie to “sort it out” for us. We provided a draft itinerary for the 8 week trip and within a few days Jamie came back to us with more detail and cost.
We met with Jamie to discuss the revised itinerary, changed a few more things and left him to it.
The accommodation for the main part of our stay in Sydney was proving difficult to find, based on our location criteria and budget, so we decided to omit that from the quote.
He was able to source 3 amazing hotels for our trips out to Blue Mountains, Hunter Valley and Airlie Beach.
He responded very quickly to any queries we had, even when we were in Australia.
His service was excellent from first contact right through to our return at the end of the trip.
He is knowledgeable, enthusiastic and listens; was able to understand our needs and planned accordingly.
I’d highly recommend his services to anyone.

I have trusted Jamie to book many of my family trips over the past few years and he is responsive, accurate and reliable every time.
This last time I trusted Jamie with booking my family an international flight to Australia during Covid restrictions and he was outstanding! Following up at every point of the journey and staying close to airline departures during a difficult time to travel.

Jamie is a top guy, the level of service I got whilst stuck abroad during lockdown was second to none. Had I booked my travel direct with an airline I would not have had the support and guidance I received from Jamie. You will not find another Independent travel agent that goes to the lengths that Revell’s Travel do to you make your holiday exactly what you ask for. Even in the difficult times Covid-19 has thrown at them, their first concern is getting their customers sorted no matter how long that takes. We will be recommending Revell’s to all our friends and family confidently knowing we are telling them about a very unique and outstanding agency.
