I booked to have a home treatment and needed to change the appointment time on the day, due to unforeseen circumstances, such a drama. Ended up sticking to the original appointment time, at great inconvenience

Therapist turned up 40minutes late and totally stressed out from travelling to my place. Talked non stop the whole time and as a practitioner myself, I seriously doubt whether they were even qualified in reflexology, as they failed to pick up on a serious health condition which was subsequently diagnosed.

This is exactly what happens when you have therapists covering a wide area and travelling between appointments, it is not conducive to a relaxed atmosphere, because the therapist is stressed from travelling and this has a negative impact on both the treatment & client experience

Will never use this company again

The Return to Glory experience from initial call to actual treatment was friendly, efficient and most certainly met all of my expectations for a massage treatment. I found the actual treatment extremely relaxing and the therapist was able to change her pressure to my preference. She arrived 10 minutes early to set everything up and to ask me what I wanted her to work on. Best of all, with the treatment occurring at my home, I was able to stay warm inside and relax on my sofa after!
