This service is excellent from Asos. So ideal. The possibility to choose the day that's fits perfect for you. Very handy updates, start from online request till the day of pick-up, by e-mail.

I could not print a return label, so I was worried how to return successfully. I could show the barcode from my phone at a Dhl point and was able to put my package in a safe without a printed label! Very good service!

Good service but should be a free return service.

At first I couldn’t return goods because some of Ups locations do not have scanner for non printable labels and drivers would refuse to pick up goods .

I reached out to inform Tiny library and Returnista took prompt actions in finding a better option .
