I 😘 ved everything in my order....2 dresses and 2 swimsuits. Unfortunately, one of the dresses was too small. Yomi provided great customer service to get a replacement product! I will definitely order again!

I will never order from RetroStage again. I sent over 5 emails to customer service to return items that were to small to get approval. Each email I did get from them was a different request, name, email, order#. What is wrong with the item. One email from them was that they had shipped my package and if I didn't get it to check with neighbors. I have never dealt with a company that was so horrible with customer service.
THINK TWICE BEFORE ORDING FROM RETROSTAGE, UNLESS YOU LIKE BEING TREATED BADLY!!!!

I love retro stage so much and i have never felt so seen until them! Not only is the bathing suit i got amazing quality it came here extremely fast! Absolute scam. I ordered an XL and they sent a small. Now they want an exchange fee and return shipping. They are trying to convince me to pay another $30 to just reorder instead of making it right. This used to be a great online store and now they are like the rest of them.
I'll never buy from here again.

I purchased a gorgeous dress from Retro Stage that unfortunately was too small. I reached out to the customer service team to request a different size, and Yomi was beyond amazing with helping me navigate the return process. She informed me that I could either send the dress back and pay the return shipping fees OR I could pay a low fee to place a new order for the same dress in my requested size. I’m able to keep the too small dress (which will be gifted) and get a new dress in my size. Yomi was super helpful and I will definitely be purchasing from this company again!

I’m really impressed with both the quality of the products and the level of customer service. I ordered a swimsuit that was beautifully made and very cute, but unfortunately it didn’t fit quite right. I bought a maroon jumpsuit and I absolutely love it! I need to get business headshots and this will be the outfit I wear and im very excited for it! It definitely feels lightweight like maybe not the best quality material but it fits well. Probably better for warmer weather and not early spring like it is at the time of this writing. I would buy from them again.
