Very bad service. They charge a lot for the transport (double the normal rate) and they ship one week later!! No info on where the package is. After calling the head office, the say it's not even shipped yet.. So unproffesional.. Even no 'sorry for the inconvenience' or 'we'll work on it'. Just a rude person. Disappointed and never returning here.
Very bad service, on site they write 3-4 days to have the goods. Today is the 13th day from the order, the telephon service for client is not answering also in the time that are supposed to be open. A recorded voice tell that is service is open ...no words for that .
