Our little league used Resto for our uniforms for the first time this year and the quality was beyond bad. Half of my teams hats don't fit and the quality is a joke. It looks like a 5 dollar hat from Vietnam. The shirts are single stich already coming alart. I don't recommend anyone use them.

Jamie Rasmussen was the goat. super helpful with shipping, amazing service, great design, really helped bring our idea to life. we had a bad experience with her secretary, leigh ann, who would constantly ragebait and demean us, but other than that, great company, jamie is awesome

JOLENE provided GREAT customer service, she listens, she executes, especially the call backs was the best. speaking to an actual person really put your mind at ease.

Ordered a set of hockey jerseys. Explained when our tournament was and gave them a MUST have by date. They communicated daily until I made payment. Then nothing. A week before I needed the jerseys, I contacted them to ask the status and reiterate that I had to have them by the agreed upon date. They confirmed that I would have them on time. 3 days before I needed them, I contacted again asking the status. It took them 2 days to respond and they stated they would check with production. No further communication. It's now the day I had to have the jerseys and NO JERSEYS. I asked for a refund and I have not received any further communication.

EDIT: They finally sent shipping confirmation. I will receive my jerseys after the date needed. Which is really pointless.

Also, the jerseys are manufactured and shipping from CARIBBEAN SUBLIMATION LLC. Not from the Missouri address listed on their webpage. All communication is from customer service reps in the Caribbean.
