I phoned through to order a large mixed kebab (£20) and assured the lady on the phone I was very hungry so I'd like an extra large salad with extra chilli peppers.
I was presented with one of the smaller foam containers. Inside was a disgustingly small amount of meat. It was accompanied by what I can only describe as a mouthful of salad. One chilli pepper Inside.
When I asked for a decent sized salad I was met with a obviously disdainful look. I was then charged and extra £3 for said salad. When I asked for sauce I was charged and extra £2 for the sauce.
The meat was tasty. But I paid £25 for a meal and was still hungry afterwards. Whilst made to feel like I was taking the p**s for asking
This is absolutely daylight robbery.
Not entirely sure how you sleep at night you stingy tight fisted money pilfering b******s!!!
You might want to work on your customer service as well. I'll not be going back.
