Problem still unsolved!
I have a problem with a purchase made through Reptilica, nº 231834, for 291.73€. I made the purchase on June 30, and August 1, I received an email stating that my order had been shipped, but for a trouble it wasn't sent.
On August 20, I received an email from Reptilica, saying that there was a mistake and proceed to send me part of the order, because they didn't have all the items in stock. One week before, I received it.
On September 17, I received a new email saying that the rest of the order would be shipped that day.
Today, October 14, I'm still waiting the rest of the order. I have wrote severals emails explaining the problem and asking for the tracking number, but I haven't received any reply.
It's hopeless and I don't know what to do to receive the missing items!!
