The right cutlery and delivered quickly

I’d tried to order 6 table knives from Ebay, but couldnt contact them or speak to anyone when there was a minor problem with the order- in the end I gave up. Replacing pieces gave me what I needed without any issues within 4-5 days. Id use them again

ReplacingPieces had in stock most of what I needed to replenish an old Denby cutlery set. They answer questions in a friendly and efficient way and offered a discount for my first order. The delivery information from Royal Mail was a bit confusing as RM advised it would be delivered on a Sunday (it wasn't delivered until Monday). The goods were extremely well wrapped and delivered safely.

I cannot rate this company highly enough.
I live in Germany and after having placed the order I realised it would have been better to order an extra glass. So, I called straight away not realising I was calling at European Summer Time. Then I wrote an email and reveived a response well outside UK office hours, assuring me that the order could be amended. The items were beautifully and lovingly packed and in excellent condition.

My order was fulfilled quickly, was extremely well packaged and arrived when expected. All pieces were intact. I'm please with the whole experience.
