Plates came very well packed and were in excellent condition.
The pattern is very hard to source in the UK, so I was very pleased to find them via this site.

I ordered three bowls before Xmas but they never came. I was told they had contacted the courier but nothing happened . Then they said they had found three more bowls but they have never arrived and no apology or explanation nor any refund. Absolutely dreadful service.
Update. The bowls have finally arrived. There seems to have been problems with the courier service and e-mails.

Ordered 4 bowls from this company in mid December 18 - never arrived. Despite asking for a refund, I'm still waiting. Owner uses the excuse that the couriers are really bad, and that the business is not responsible once the item leaves them. Wrong - they have a duty to use a courier/carrier that they trust. It's obvious that they have a problem with the courier,
but they still use them? Still waiting on my refund..............

So happy to find 'Replaceyourplates' online. I wanted to revive an old set of plates, bowls etc., Service was excellent.

Excellent service asked them to find me an replacent lid for my teapot which they happily did for me and was found with in the week highly recommend to anyone wanting replacement piece of dinner wear

Awful service. Ordered one replacement dish which didn't arrive although my Master card had been debited. Phoned them and they said they would send another which didn't arrive.Phoned 3 more times and was told one would be sent. On the last phone call was told to keep the plates if they arrived and my card account would be credited with original amount in view of problems. Have still not received the supposedly sent dish and neither have I received a refund. Worst company I have ever dealt with and would advise not to touch with a bargepole.

Really pleased with the service. I got exactly what I wanted, the articles arrived very promptly, packed carefully. The price was good. I'll go back to them again, easily.

Ordered a Denby dinner plate and it was despatched promptly, arriving 4 days later, unfortunately in bits! I emailed a photo of the damaged item and a replacement was sent without delay, arriving today in excellent condition. Would definitely recommend and would use in future!
