One of the six cups was broken and it took a long time to deliver order

I placed an order on May 10th with this seller for 5 Wedgwood Ramekin small bowls and paid same day including a not inconsiderable postage fee of £9.
Despite several chasing emails, I have still not received these bowls, I had one email reply blaming the courier and no further contact. This is terrible service, verging on fraud, and I will also be reporting this matter as an official complaint to PayPal.

Subsequent to this review being originally posted, Replace Your Plates has now given me a full refund with an apology for the poor service. I now given them credit for correcting their earlier poor service.

I ordered some plates on 26th May. I received no confirmation email regarding my order. I waited over a week and could find no tracking details. I could see that the payment had been taken.
I emailed the company on 8th June with a query as to the whereabouts of my order and lack of email confirmation . I did receive a short email later that day stating ‘hi , i will chase it up for you’ . I heard nothing more , no follow up email , no confirmation that the order had been sent out. I sent a 2nd email on 9th June to ask what was happening - no response.
My order has finally arrived today. I do wonder whether i would ever have received it ( even though they have taken payment for the goods) if i hadn’t contacted them .

Problem resolved. Having left a scathing review yesterday, I received an email from replace your plates, offering a very welcome & generous solution.

There had been personal problems which made my bowl order seem rather unimportant by comparison.

had the bowls we were looking for, easy to order. only problem did not get the e-mail confirming the order. the order arrived a few days later well packed and in new condition.

Hi cups arrived safely but postage at £7+ was really expensive and they took a long time to arrive. You could have sent them as a small parcel second class post for £3.00

Very pleased with my replacement plates. They were good quality and as described. I was a little concerned when I didn’t receive a confirmation e mail as it was suggested I would and wondered whether I may have made a mistake in trusting my payment details with the company but all was well and my plates arrived in about a week

Appalling service. Ordered replacement items for tea service on 16 November 2019. Waited ages for delivery and when they didn’t arrive I contacted the seller, who blamed the courier, and claimed he was waiting for the parcel to be returned to him so he could resend the items. When the package finally arrived the milk jug was missing. Seller claimed he was still awaiting return of the item to him by the courier and said he would resend as soon as he received it - no others in stock. It is now 3rd March 2020, I still haven’t received the jug, or a refund and the seller has ignored all attempts to contact him to resolve the situation. Am now initiating a claim for refund via my credit card issuer as the seller does not respond and judging by other similar reviews, does not appear to provide any decent level of customer service or actually care that he has let people down.

Update. I emailed the seller one last time telling him I had initiated a claim for refund via credit card and would be leaving a review. Within a few minutes of leaving the above review, the seller refunded me and sent a standard confirmation via email. Only took four months !!

excellent present idea - easy to use website : quick service and well -packed too.

Arrived well packaged, would definitely use again

Would have liked a confirmation email sent to me after submitting my order,
Goods were delivered quickly and received in perfect condition, although the packaging was coming apart when delivered to my house.

The box had been really bashed about but thankfully the way the crockery had been packed meant that all cups and saucers escaped undamaged.
