Really fast delivery, packaged with care and exactly what I ordered! Couldn’t ask for more.

Had to first threaten cancellation of order before I received any form of communication about delivery and was then fobbed off with a garbled message about illness whilst I read that others around the same time frame all received their purchases! Perhaps Mr.Smith decided it was too difficult to package something to ship to the Netherlands. I eventually had to threaten making a claim to Paypal at which point my payment was refunded, sadly less incurred exchange rates. Long live BREXIT!

This amazing company had a replacement bowl for my mothers precious dinner service. It arrived super quickly and so well wrapped I would seriously recommend Replaceyourplates

Ordered 6 dishes from Wayne on 30th November 2020.After speaking to him and paying by card he promised they would be despatched within a couple of days.I know we are living in difficult times but when we had not received anything by 30th December I gave Wayne a call and he said he was having problems with couriers.He said he would send out another lot.These arrived this morning 10.30am 13th January 2021.Great value but let down by couriers.Thank you Wayne. Good luck for the future.

I have recently used this website to find more items to extend my dinner service which has been discontinued for years....The gentleman rang me and was really helpful ....I received my goods and they were in perfect condition....I will definitely be using them again in the future

I ordered some plates on 25th November. Still haven't received them. Wayne is a scammer and a cheat. I am on hold with the DISPUTE SERVICE at my bank. I am also going to be contacting COMPANIES HOUSE, the POLICE STATION local to Wayne's address and my good friend who works for the DAILY MIRROR. I will not give up on this.
