Repco your click & collect is a joke

Because of Melbourne Covid lockdown tried to use click and collect. Looked up the item I needed for my car on internet, then clicked the link to Repco. Logged in to site via my car registration, was then informed that part did not suit my car, then directed to every other item I did not want. Finally rang on phone, was informed they only have 4 items connected to the system for my car, a VW golf. Anything else says "not suitable for your car". Person I spoke to on the phone wanted me to go across the road to the BP service station to check the part (in a pandemic) Repco is a joke 1950's style no service. Went to Supercheap, got the right part straight away.

Listing out-of-stock and product prices hike

I say a de-icer on Repco website, drove to Repco New lynn and was informed item is not available instore and I ordered online. After few days of ordering the order was closed and my money was returned. Then I went back online and saw the same de-icer but now, Repco has increased the price of the product from $11 to $16. How horrible is that practice? to learn that a number of products listed on the Repco site are actually out of stock (with no out of stock information on the site) OR that Rapco receives and refunds online orders and just to relist and hike the productprices? that's disgusting

did not even ship the item and refuse to refund

A scammer used our card to shop online REPCO on 30/06/21. Westpac warned us about the suspected transaction so we rang REPCO to cancel the order on 30/06 and reported to the police at Rowville VIC. The police was very helpful and checked with REPCO immediately, and hence the order cancelled.

Westpac informed us that all we need to do is inform REPCO to make the refund. However, the Account Receivable manager W.G. informed that they can not refund because the card has been reported as fraud. Westpac confirmed to us at least 5 times on phones and face to face that that it does not matter that the card has been cancelled, the card will still be re-directed into my bank account as the card and the account are linked. It’s been 6 weeks despite we repeatedly and patiently informed the AR manager W.G. that Westpac advised the merchant needs to refund first before the bank could process further. It is totally unbelievable how a company like REPCO that has been in the motor vehicles industry since the 1920s the AR would choose to hold a victim’s money and refuse to refund for only $335.

We bought various items at REPCO shops every now
and then, we very much regret that REPCO would rather keep our money for just $335 than care about their reputation. If you do not even ship any item, how can you expect NO refund and try to justify your action?! This is apparently an act of embezzlement, unlawfully and deliberately keep a victim’s money.

Repco ridiculousness

Tuesday 30th March 2.30pm
Firstly, I am a 65 year old pensioner. I bought and paid for a container of diesel oil from Repco over the internet.
I went to the store at Nambour on Tuesday to pick it up. Unbeknown to me that morning, a government rule been put in place regarding face masks in stores.
The two (female) staff members flatly refused to serve me because I did not have a mask on. Another staff member (male) stormed out of a back office and said that I was to go back to my car (parked directly in front of the doors), phone the store and he'd bring the oil out to me.
Two other customers came into the store as I was walking out., one without a face mask
I proceeded to my car and, after I had to search for the phone number on the internet (no phone number on signage on store) I called and the phone rang out. I called again immediately and the phone rang out again. I went to the front doors of the store (so they could see me calling) and called again but the call rang out again. I went back to my car and, as I was calling, the customer without the face mask came out with the goods he had obviously just purchased from this store.
I said to him " How did you get served without a mask?" He said that he was a tradie that needed parts for a job from the store across the road and they wouldn't serve him because he didn't have a mask on (apparently in a similar state of uninformed as I was) so he came across the road to Repco and got served without wearing a mask because he was buying a box of masks!
I called again and (finally) the guy in the store answered and brought out my oil. This delay made me late for my next appointment.
Why he didn't answer the phone the first 3 times I do not know. Why they served the guy without the mask I do not know. Why they didn't just hand me my (ordered and paid for ) oil when I was already (alone) in the store (a prompt, helpful service solution?) I do not know.
I DO know I will not be dealing with Repco again.

Don’t order online with Repco

Don’t order online with Repco – their online ordering system goes like this:
- Customer orders online in Black Friday sale, pays in full
- Wait one week, cancel order without giving any reason
- Do not refund any money for 3 weeks
- When customer asks about refund, say there are ‘issues’ and customer must go into physical store to process refund
- Offer no apology or explanation for any of the above.
- Sell same ‘discounted’ products at full price to another customer.

Still Not Received, No Communication.

I ordered an air hose reel from them 24 days ago. Repco have taken my money but I have neither received the goods nor heard anything from them. I rang to follow up and was told they would contact me back. I'm still waiting. I'm a very long term, loyal customer. This experience has severely damaged how I feel about the company.

Good services and good products

Good services and good products. Except the store in Ferntree Gully, rude staffs and very impatient, asked the availability of car care product and the guy just don't want to help at all.
