Dreadful experience.
Placed online order, well over £100.
Paid extra for express shipping with DPD.
Received order confirmation email and funds promptly taken by REOME.
Then, nothing …
No dispatch.
No delivery.
No goods.
No reply to three emails, and a contact via their website contact form.
No anything.
Silence.
Just the theft of money paid.
Extraordinary, and not in a good way.
My bank have now raised a dispute, reversing the transaction (which they say will incur this merchant additional banking fees. Good!).
I just do not understand.
Good customer service is such an easy win (repeat custom follows).
Clearly something REOME and its owner are completely incapable of, or just couldn’t be bothered with.
It’s all just an overpriced scam run by people who have an IQ only in double-digits and seemingly haven’t the first clue about good customer service or indeed how to treat people with any respect.
Have also noticed that any review left on their own website of less than a completely glowing five stars in nature is swiftly removed by REOME.
Cancelling people’s valid opinions.
That should ring alarm bells right there.
They need to stop thinking so highly of themselves.
